Off-The-Job updates
The ESFA Apprenticeship funding rules state that the apprentice must be involved in active learning throughout the apprenticeship. To encourage engagement the Eportfolio will now:
Automatically send a reminder email and task to the learner to log their OTJ and display when they last logged OTJ.
Cognassist Integration
Ability to create a learner in Cognassist from Eportfolio.
Display the results of a Cognassist assessment within a learner's portfolio.
OneFile ILR
Changes have been made to the ILR ahead of the specification changes for 23/24.
The household situation fields have been removed.
Withdrawal reason 28 has been removed.
EPA Organisation Update.
Break in learning Improvements
It is now possible to undo a break in learning, if a learner has been put on the break in error.
Additional dialogue has been added when putting a learner on a break in learning to give further information about when this feature should be used.
It is now possible to reinstate a break in learning if a learner has been returned from a break in error.
